It starts in the shower
Because we tend to up the temperature of the water in our showers during winter, our hair is even more at risk to become dry and brittle. While we know that turning the water to a cooler setting may be hard, the least you can do is to use a hydrating shampoo like the Biosilk Hydrating Therapy Shampoo. Take it easy on the heat
